Refund Policy All returns must be pre-approved and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No credit will be issued for unauthorized returns. Request for return must be within 5 business days from date of invoice. Dated merchandise may not be returned. Baseline Medical assumes no liability for goods returned without authorization. We reserve the right to inspect all returns before issuing credit. Full credit will be issued only for defective product. All returns must be in original, un-opened packaging. No partial returns will be accepted. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid to the address on the original packing slip.
